SEC EDGAR Database

Official US government database for all public company filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.).

Introduction

The SEC's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system is the primary repository for all filings submitted by public companies, funds, and individuals to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This includes annual reports (10-K), quarterly reports (10-Q), current event reports (8-K), insider trading reports (Form 4), institutional holdings (13F), and prospectuses. It's the definitive source but can be cumbersome to navigate directly.
